@cheese63461 @fa1thfu11q @user3dmia Not all women gain the same weight and some only gain what the baby placenta and fluids need so maintaining can still be normal with a growing baby and doctor monitoring and it’s about health not “getting fat” so acting like there’s only one outcome just isn’t accurate at all !!!

@katrinashedtwt @fa1thfu11q @user3dmia maintaining is not recovery focused when you're pregnant though is it, because you're meant to gain weight when you're pregnant. baby+placenta+extra fluid volume etc has weight so to maintain you'd be actively losing other weight.
