Thanks @latchaccess for not having decent support staff when your supposedly smart technology also prevents the physical key from opening the door?

Electronic keys are great and all until they completely stop working and you’re locked out of your apartment and even the concierge and maintenance can’t help bc it’s run by a third-party that’s off on holiday lmao
