Here's 2 good examples of using Brake Plant Separate (BPS) for hitch/curl routes. Always room to improve but both these routes are really good! 1 hard step—> resist rise—>BPS w/ narrow 🦶—> push off plant 🦶—>catch 🏈 and get yds!
