Brief real talk. 19 months ago my first and only love passed away and some days like today the emotions are so complex I don't know where to turn. But I went on a walk and felt the sun on my skin and told myself that happiness and love will find me again. I have to believe that.

on thursday’s call my mom informed me that her 48!!!! year old friend found out that morning that she was pregnant and likely due in a month. on monday’s call my mom told me that her friend had given birth at 32 weeks. (both are alive and healing in the hospital)
