I’ve been making all my cakes in my rice cooker (no oven still), but it’s old and not really consistent, the last one I did did not come out. so this one I did in a copper core all clad on my induction cooktop on the 185* setting and it sort of came out great

had a ton of rosemary so steeped some water heavy. I made some rosemary simple syrup, and rosemary mayo cake (mayo cakes use water in the batter, I used rosemary water). cake w vanilla whipped cream, simple syrup for rosemary orange gin spritzer
