I'm seeing people saying qTubbo and the others from the Regime aren't loyal to each other, but I think that's very incorrect They DO care a lot, a "I'd kill for you" lot, but what's pushing this misconception is that they have different ideas for how the Regime should be lead

This entire conflict stems from the fact qTubbo has seen the Federation's hand and Quesadilla changed him as a person, and the other two haven't seen what he has yet. qTubbo cannot bring himself to share nor care for anything as he knows it's all meaningless anyways

qHaiper asked him a few times if he could be taught create to help out, qAsh since the start has been telling him he'll give him anything he needs for his duties. They've BEEN trying to help alleviate qTubbo's workload, however he only knows how to take on everything by himself

I feel like they need to be discussed together, because YES, Tubbo takes the brunt of the damages as he's the only physical way to harm the Regime, HOWEVER he's also stubborn as hell and if he doesn't have the infrastructure exactly how he wants it, he flips out. +
