@frosty_lolii This is where knowing you rotate orders comes in handy ;) Or you can split the rotations across to child offset controls.

@mattsackley @Halo_VFX There's just so many tools in there, it's easy to avoid most of them and stick to what you know and what works. I for one am very guilty of this.

Anyone who animates in maya, get studio library, it's the most useful thing for personal work I've used in a while. And the install is the easiest install I've ever used too, literally drag and drop a mel script and it's done.

@Halo_VFX @delaneykingrox Same exp, I have juniors on my team that always worry about messaging/interrupting me. I would rather they do that and we move along smoothly than them guessing and/or stressing. I'm spending anywhere from 2-5 hours p/w on calls with them teaching pipeline/technicals.

@delaneykingrox - He said he wish he spoke to me from day 1 about it all as he said that noone explained it as well to him and i said that it's very easy for new starters to just sit and not want to ask questions and 'deal with it'. But i said thats what us seniors are here for, questions :)

Hey #Animators, I keep running into this issue in @A_Graph_Editor : I select one channel, and when I go select a key or several of them it will go back to showing me all channels. Is there a workaround? its been years this happens in certain situations and I've never known a fix

@mackanimates @KyleTsetso @EricDrobile Yay! Someone took advantage of the additional controls, channels and multiple pivots! I use the 'fishtail' control on car rigs a lot when animating, since I think they look cool whipping around corners :)

@KyleTsetso @EricDrobile Regular old parent to a smooth general curve, secondary control to block the basic orientation. Then layering all the bouncing using the ridiculous amount of controls this rig has

@EricDrobile oooh any cool workflow ideas on this? i usually project a CV curve straight down onto the geo, attach as a motion trail, and adjust with root controls but this looks suspiciously too smooth for that technique
