We will continue to extend these ranges, and these are entirely justified Ukrainian responses to Russian terror. Forty years ago, the world faced one of the largest nuclear disasters – the fourth reactor of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant exploded. A significant amount of radioactive material was released. Hundreds of thousands of people have been dealing with the consequences of that tragedy for years. To contain the radiation, a sarcophagus was built over the destroyed reactor. Later, more than 40 countries enclosed it with the New Safe Confinement to prevent further disasters. These two structures are what protect against radioactive releases and contamination. Their maintenance and protection are in everyone’s interest. But through its war, Russia is once again bringing the world to the brink of a man-made disaster – Russian-Iranian “shaheds” regularly fly over the plant, and one of them struck the confinement last year. The world must not allow this nuclear terrorism to continue, and the best way is to force Russia to stop its reckless attacks. We remember everyone who gave their lives while dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy. May all the victims of the Chornobyl disaster rest in peace. @United24media

China wants a trade deal with the EU. Finland just made that impossible — unless China drops Russia. ㅤ Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen was direct: China's ties with Moscow are a deal-breaker for any EU-China free trade agreement. No negotiations can begin without all 27 EU member states on board. Finland is one of them. ㅤ Beijing has been pitching trade and investment deals to European leaders for months. Last month Germany's chancellor called such an agreement potentially achievable. There is nothing surprising about Trump inviting Putin to the G20 summit. From ending aid to Ukraine, blocking Ukraine's membership into NATO, lifting sanctions on Russian oil, or pressuring Zelenskyy to give Donbas to Putin, Trump always sides with Putin. So, tragic. So, wrong.

Right now, 11 people are in hospitals in Dnipro after Russia’s attack on the city. A rescue operation continues at the site of the strike on a residential building. People may still be trapped under the rubble. Throughout nearly the entire night, the Russians struck Dnipro and our other cities and communities. As of now, over 30 people have been reported wounded across Ukraine. There are also casualties in the Chernihiv, Odesa, and Kharkiv regions. Tragically, there are fatalities… Four people have been killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Russia’s tactics remain unchanged — attack drones, cruise missiles, and a significant number of ballistic missiles. Most targets are civilian infrastructure in cities. Residential buildings, energy facilities, and businesses have been damaged. Each such strike must remind our partners that the situation requires immediate and decisive action. We need rapid strengthening of our air defense – and I am grateful for the decisions taken on Thursday during the meetings in Cyprus regarding additional contributions to the PURL initiative. There are political decisions from several European countries, and it is important that they are implemented as quickly as possible. We must also move forward now toward the 21st package of European sanctions against Russia. The pause caused by the blocking of the 20th package gave the aggressor additional time to adapt – it is important to counter this. We are already in contact with the EU team regarding possible new sanctions steps. The key objective is to significantly limit the capabilities of Russia’s military-industrial complex. Orbán-linked oligarchs are transferring tens of billions of forints to the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Uruguay, and other distant countries. I am aware that Hungary’s National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), based on reports from banks, has suspended several high-value transfers linked to Antal Rogán’s circle on suspicion of money laundering. I call on the leadership of NAV to immediately freeze these stolen funds. I once again call on the Prosecutor General, the National Police Chief, and the head of NAV to detain the criminals who have caused thousands of billions of forints in damage to the Hungarian people, and not to allow them to flee — before the formation of a TISZA government — to countries from which extradition is currently not possible. I am also aware that Orbán-linked oligarchs have begun selling TV2 and other media outlets at below-market prices, including the Rogán-linked propaganda flagship, Lounge Event Kft. I call on responsible domestic and international investors to refrain from acquiring assets linked to the mafia; otherwise, they may find themselves facing the National Office for Asset Recovery and Protection. I have also been informed that several oligarch families have already left the country, and that the Mészáros family is expected to travel to Dubai in the coming days. According to reports, several influential oligarch families have already withdrawn their children from school and are arranging trusted security personnel for their departure.

Trump is once again groveling before Putin. Russia has been invited to the G20 summit in the US, – Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Pankin. Inviting a country with 217,000 documented war crimes to the G20 summit in the US is not diplomacy – it's a disgusting trivialization of mass murder. While Putin and his cronies are already wanted in The Hague on arrest warrants, Trump grovels before the war-criminal state and rolls out the red carpet for it. This is a disgrace, a slap in the face to every Ukrainian child, every raped woman, and every bombed city. Anyone who brings mass murderers to the table instead of bringing them to justice has lost all moral legitimacy and is spitting on the graves of the victims.
