🚨 BOMBSHELL: Amnesty International officially warns the UK is setting a terrifying precedent by sentencing Palestine activists as terrorists. The British establishment is criminalizing moral convictions and destroying the right to protest just to protect the Zionist regime.
Furkan Gözükara@FurkanGozukara

🚨 WOW: Al Jazeera captures intense clashes as British citizens actively block police vans to protect Palestine Action activists. The UK establishment is terrified as ordinary people rise up against draconian terror laws designed solely to protect the Zionist war machine!

The Filton 4 ruling signals a direct breach of core principles of UK justice juries decide facts, judges sentence only on what juries actually convicted. This judgment breaks that line and that’s why so many lawyers are calling it a constitutional threat. What this moment means for justice in the UK Across every major legal source reporting today, the same pattern emerges this is unprecedented, constitutionally dangerous, and signals a shift toward an authoritarian model of criminal justice. A judge has overridden the jury the foundation of British justice Multiple reports confirm that two juries refused to convict the activists of any terrorism related or violent offences, yet Justice Jeremy Johnson has ruled they will be sentenced as terrorists anyway. This is exactly what senior lawyers describe as “recategorising the offence without a trial” a direct violation of the principle that you cannot be punished for an offence you were never charged with and never convicted of. 🤔🌎☮️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚖️ No time to waste independence now

@RedRosa91940184 If someone broke a knife about to be used for murder people would say well done and be shocked if they were prosecuted for terrorism. This is all that they did only on a far bigger scale.

In Liverpool yesterday outside the courts Derby Square, standing in solidarity with the Filton 4 waiting for the sentencing from a judge who sees fit to label 4 young people opposed to genocide whose crime was damaging the very arms that kill children in Gaza. That is not terrorism

This is terrifying. Now stop & understand that you are watching a security guard protecting Israel’s arms manufacture attacking peaceful activists with a sledgehammer - violence that led to a police woman suffering an injury treated with paracetamol.

A fundamental principle being lost here - is that if you are charged with terrorism - you can defend yourself by explaining why you are not. As the Filton 4 were never charged or found guilty of terrorism - the judge who sentenced them as terrorists -has denied them this right.

@CPhilpOfficial "Smashing up property and attacking a police officer with a sledgehammer is not “protest” It’s violence" Would you have said the same if this was 1940s Germany and they had done the same to a Zyklon B factory? or do you only clutch your pearls when it's a genocide you support?

Gut wrenching to see four young people jailed for direct action against an arms supplier to Israel. Years in prison for protesting to save lives in Gaza, with 'terrorism' used despite no jury convicting them of it. A truly dangerous attack on the right to protest.

Having refused to recuse himself because of bias, because he held he wasn't biased, Injustice Johnson then handed out savage prison sentences. He manipulated and rigged the trial, keeping the jury in the dark about the 'terrorist' connection of the offences, based on the fictitious claim that they were trying to influence the British government. Johnson is a legal savage in a long line of judges whose only instinct is the protection of the British state and its support for the genocidal state of Israel. We have to right to get these sentences overturned and the trial declared unfair. This is British 'justice', red in tooth and claw

The effort to portray these individuals as victims is laughable. They were not jailed for their opinions. They were not jailed for supporting Palestinians. They were not jailed for protesting. They were jailed because they smashed their way into a facility, caused more than £1 million in damage, and one of them was convicted of grievous bodily harm after attacking a police officer with a sledgehammer. This wasn't civil disobedience. It was criminality. Some activists have convinced themselves that any act becomes justified if the target is connected to Israel. Vandalism becomes "resistance." Violence becomes "direct action." Criminals become "heroes." Thankfully, the court saw through the slogans and looked at the facts. These are not political prisoners. They are convicted offenders who committed serious crimes and received serious sentences. Calling them martyrs doesn't change what they did. It only demonstrates how far some people are willing to excuse lawlessness when Israel is involved. #consequences #justice

My statement on the Filton 4 case, as an expert on the global arms trade: ‘These quadcopter drones are key instruments of genocide, used by the Israeli forces in Gaza for surveillance, targeting and to kill. Had they not been destroyed by these brave actionists, they could have easily ended up facilitating yet more killing and devastation. To call those who disabled them terrorists is a perverse distortion of the truth. The real outrage is the continued arming and enabling of a genocidal military campaign that has devastated an entire civilian population. Those who smashed these drones to pieces were not spreading terror - they were trying to prevent it.’
Huda Ammori@HudaAmmori

Tom Wainwright, one of the defence barristers, said of the destruction of drones: “They may have been involved in taking the lives of men, women and children in Gaza. That is why they acted. That’s something that – in a sane world – would be commended.” theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/j…

Having being an eye witness in an Israeli prison this Palestinian woman’s account is truthful. If you are an Israeli wife of someone serving in @BenGvirItamar brutal prisons ask to look through their mobile phones. You will see what they get up to in prisons. They don’t leave their savagery at work either, but are you brave enough to speak out? 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

From Nelson Mandela, to Guantanamo to Filton 25: ‘terror’ labels are meaningless. After 20 years of Islamophobic terror laws, today people from all walks of life unite to reject them! Our Senior Director, Moazzam Begg shares his personal experience of imprisonment under terror laws at the protest for the Filton four. Direct Action is not terrorism. Free the Filton 25!

@mark_riga @ThatJohnJones @GreenJennyJones "sentenced for terrorism" doesn't make any sense. The judge took a terrorism connection into consideration as an aggravating factor in sentencing. All of their sentences were within the guidelines for criminal damage.

@neoconpapi @ThatJohnJones @GreenJennyJones No they were not: no previous and no remission as have to serve full sentence. They have already served over 18 months. A recent case of a man sentenced for drug selling , rapes and trafficking girls from abroad 7 years but out after 3.5.
