@johnfwillcocks I think the psycology of the reviewer is the biggest barrier. Either burnt by a bad experience or want to promote their current company as it's tied to their perceived status. The north star would be confidential conversations with current employees...

@markc303 Yeh that's kinda weak when u say it like that isn't it!? I'm intrigued by what it would look like if instead focusing on employer as source of revenue you instead focused on employee. Gotta be some space there before you bump into LinkedIN
