Bom dia. Estou atualmente com 6 empregos na web3, hoje acordei com mais duas propostas, sem inglês fluente (@TimekettleTech eu te amo), conseguindo alcançar isso em 1 ano e meio. Trabalho 20 horas por dia, desde o dia que decidi que era nesse mercado que eu iria mudar minha vida e da minha familia. Web3 é o mercado com mais oportunidades do mundo, em todos os setores. Se você ama desenhar, tem protocolo atras de artistas para NFTs, se ama escrever, tem vaga toda hora de social media, se ama ajudar as pessoas, tem milhares de vagas de Community Manager. O que você precisa para conquistar seu lugar é fazer mais, dar mais (lá ele), estudar mais. Aceite que você nunca irá saber de tudo e admita isso, o hoje na web3 tem 900 novidades e novas tecnologias que não existiam ontem. Sejam ou busquem ser melhores do que aqueles que vocês admiram nesse mercado. Admire, se espelhe, mas compita. A sorte vai sempre acompanhar quem se dedica mais e dá mais oportunidades para ela se manifestar. Tiger Woods disse uma vez: "Quanto mais eu treino, mais sorte eu tenho."
