6 yr male, had an episode of hematuria with fever 2 months back. Evaluated in detail including the serology. Persistent to have 160 mg/24 hr urine protein with 6-8 isomorphic RBCs. No family history. No +ve finding on kub imaging. Next plan @askrenal @GlassockJ @GlomCon
