@BetoORourke we come from states that likely couldn’t be more different. As a mother and a teacher, I applaud your outrage (not something I often do). Anyone who is still spouting thoughts and prayers while children are being murdered should immediately be removed from office.
This is a huge selling point with reluctant readers. “Oh, I’m not sure if you want to read this one.” They grab them faster than I can get copies out of book quarantine.
When we began full-time distance-learning, I was stressed about not knowing what to do. Now, I know what to do, and am stressed about not being sure I have enough gas left in my tank to provide students what they need the rest of this school year.
