@BoyGeorge The key word used here is kids-“guided by the child?” We are talking about children.

People talk on here as if kids are being sent to the local shops to transition. It's a long process when and if it happens and often guided by the child but under strict medical and psychological guidance. No parent takes their kid through this on a whim. Any suggestion otherwise is wrong!
