When people were threatening me over social media and my family was upset, some times, I felt a little bit scared, maybe. Otherwise I really didn't bother about the threats, but for the first time, I am feeling really scared! Fear is neither a sign of weakness nor does it disqualify me from persisting with my fight for the children, especially, since they cannot fight for themselves! Fear only tells u that the stakes are very high! Humongous! Just praying that India rises up to the occasion, like it did, the last time, to stop these Corporate giants from wreaking havoc again, with the lives of our children!

Dear legal experts on Twitter, pls suggest. New Avatatar of ORSL- name of manufacturer, colour, design and everything of the of label is the same as that of ORSL - except change of the name, designed E to appear as O and S phonetically similar to Z which is deceptive, to mislead the gullible and to enable dealers and sales people at ground to push as new name of ORSL. It may not be misleading as drug ORS, but they want to protect market created for ORSL.
What can be done to stop this?

This was shared with me by a retailer Rara Medical Store from Chattisgarh, and when I said, "I will hide the name and number, and share the screen shot", he said, "you can share my name. No problem. You have fought so much for the children. This is the least I can do. It's my duty"!
Thanks to him for the alert! My question to the Honourable minister of Commerce and Industry @PiyushGoyalOffc @CimGOI is, "how was trademark licence given so fast, and that too, to a similar trademark as ORSL inspite of knowing how much damage ORSL did to the children of this country?". My question to the Honourable Health Minister @JPNadda @MoHFW_INDIA is, "Sir, how did FSSAI allow this?".
My question to the Honourable Prime Minister @narendramodi, "Sir, why are corporate interests being prioritized over public health?"
We need answers!

“Can I bring my baby to the interview?”
The message came in at 11 PM:
“Hi, I have an interview with you tomorrow at 2 PM. My childcare fell through. Can I bring my 8-month-old? I understand if you need to reschedule.”
Old me would have rescheduled.
Unprofessional. Distraction. Red flag.
New me replied:
“Absolutely. See you tomorrow.”
She showed up with her baby on her hip.
She apologized three times before even sitting down.
Ten minutes in, the baby started crying.
She tried to soothe him while answering questions.
She apologized again.
I stopped the interview and said:
“Hey. You’re managing a fussy baby, answering complex questions, and staying calm under pressure. That’s literally the job. Handling chaos while staying professional. You’re already proving you can do it.”
Her eyes filled with tears.
We hired her.
She’s been with us for a year now.
The most reliable team member we have.
Why?
Because when you’re used to handling a screaming infant at 3 AM and still showing up to work the next day, workplace stress feels like nothing.
Working parents, especially mothers, are some of the most organized, efficient, and resilient people you’ll ever hire.
Yet we lose them because our hiring processes are built for people with zero caregiving responsibilities.
If your interview process can’t accommodate a parent facing a childcare issue, you’re not filtering for professionalism.
You’re filtering for privilege.

if you don’t love talking to them, don’t marry them.
you need that burning, almost childish urge to tell them about the strange dog at the bus stop, how you almost tripped at the corner, or just to laugh about how terrible the breakfast was.
because life eventually gets enormously boring, and the right person makes even the mundane moments worth sharing.

After asking senior doctors for advice, the most repeated line was:
“Learn finance early. Nobody explains it later.”
So I curated a beginner-friendly finance playlist and a guide for medicos. It has everything you need to know as a beginner. Let me know if you want it.
