A rather soggy tour for the @LondonInBloomUK judges today, but most importantly - our green spaces got a good watering! 💦 Huge thank you to the judges and a all of our wonderful partners who braved the rain. Fingers crossed that we rose to the occasion!🌹🤞😄

It’s great to see new pollinators at work in our Waste to Wildlife Garden. This year for #WorldEnvironmentDay we're celebrating the biodiversity we bring to the area. We’ve discovered a particular caterpillar is loving the leaves of a non-native, drought tolerant Mediterranean plant. Great to see it’s already found a place in a new ecosystem. See more green spaces at atlondonbridge.com/walks/green-sp…

Been busy working on the design and preparation of a show garden for Chelsea Flower Show in May. It is a feature garden for @The_RHS showcasing sustainability & reuse of materials, made using materials from previous Chelsea show gardens, with drought tolerant planting.

After a summer of wildfire and floods, and records broken here in the UK, yesterday's announcement is barely fathomable. Future generations will ask why, after these stark signs, the government would put this country’s global leadership on climate change into reverse. Fairness should absolutely be central to any change, but it is not fair that our children will have their future blighted by the poor decisions made today. It isn't fair that businesses that have invested heavily in pioneering green technologies and the jobs of tomorrow will have to put their plans on ice, nor that changes in policy endanger our much-loved cultural heritage and natural environment, undermining everything from food security to our health and wellbeing. And it isn't fair that the poorest in our society will lose out most in the future. Progress towards Net Zero must be sustained, not kicked down the road for political expediency. We urge the Prime Minister and his Government to rethink.
