8 p.m. update.
Power is hanging on by a hope and a prayer. State of emergency is being called soon for my county. Still somewhat raining outside. Virtual teachers day was cancelled because of power outages. Debating on making cookies.

made dinner at 4 p.m. because i’m worried my power will go out and needed to eat this before it did. barbecue shrimp flatbread was yummy, 10/10.
