🧘‍♀️ Let’s talk about finding your zen with DeSoto ISD! This school year, @desotoisdeagles has created Zen Dens on every campus, intentional spaces designed with psychological research in mind and tailored to each age group. These calming rooms give students a place to pause, breathe, and reset when life feels overwhelming. One DeSoto High School senior shared, “This room really helps peers have the space to let it go, let the feelings be felt, and breathe through them. They can be grounded and stay true to themselves here.” DeSoto ISD is leading the way in supporting student well-being, creating campuses where mental health matters and every learner has the space to recharge and refocus.

Our DeSoto ISD team got hands on with Microsoft Copilot today. Not theory, real application. From support staff to leadership, everyone walked away with practical solutions and aha moments. Proud of how quickly our team turns innovation into impact. 💡✨ #AIinEducation #DeSotoISD
