Released MuteTab 2.13 - updated to reflect Chrome API changes to improve reliability back to early 2014 levels.

@CorySlump MuteTab should not affect whether something autoplays or not. It does fail to detect embedded vines though (not sure if new bug)

MuteTab source is now on github (github.com/jaredsohn/mute…)

MuteTab 2.0.4 released - Should stop hanging after installation but (for now) no longer works for tabs running before installing.

MuteTab seems to cause the browser to be really slow when run for the first time; am investigating...
