Is it just me or is Takealot REALLY cash grabby these days? What happened to free delivery for items over R650? Why is delivery R75-R95? Why do I have TakealotMORE subscription that takes R40 a month but I still pay *R75* for delivery if the order is under R500? What’s going on?

@pal____ They think framing their individual buy-in into capitalism and access to certain comforts as a win for all black people is enough because they know that they would never actually participate in a real revolution cause it would mean that those comforts literally wouldn’t exist.

I’m sure the festy was great, from the videos - it is something special to see black people occupy space in that way. Somewhere as anti-black as the Cape Winelands nogal. I don’t diminish that. But calling it “black revolution” is a slippery slope, straight to Black Conservatism.

And that does so much damage to collective liberation. I wish we could be more honest about that? Even as we begin to benefit from capitalism in our own ways / little or big. The sense of security that brings is so sooo fickle man.
