Seeing a lot recently about checking pet chips. I contacted @PetlogUK to ask to confirm chip is live. No response. So many complaints on their Facebook page so I'm wondering if it's possible to change. Can anyone recommend a decent company with proper customer services? TIA

It’s at this point that we can track the activity and send you a safety ping alert.

So it's a legal requirement for dogs to have a name tag I never knew that 🤔 my dog is chipped & I've been meaning to get round to get him a name tag but that's now my No. 1 priority, thank you #lostdogslive 😀 @channel5_tv
