This week has been an amazing and interesting week for us @customrealitiescentre. From HR trainings, a few meet ups, capacity building sessions, in-house sessions and lots of laughter. We had the opportunity to learn, network and build.

It's so unfortunate that many people in businesses and companies have assigned more than 30% to showing up and less than 70% to results which has created an imbalance in the business space and has caused a lot of businesses to fail.
