It was a pleasure to meet with and teach the students about #Parkinsons today and also promote the The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Student Conference #Physio26 I’m looking forward to seeing them again as I teach further sessions over the next several weeks #Teaching

Although I’ve now been teaching on this course for 3 years today’s session took place in a building I formerly knew as PAHC (when I studied #Physiotherapy there with University of Plymouth)

Today it was a change of scene from my usual role at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and a case of going full circle as I taught my first session in the new University of St Mark & St John Health & Wellbeing Hub

En route to London, looking forward to tomorrow’s @thecsp Council meeting. It’s hard to believe it’s been two weeks since I was in Newport for #Physio25 and heard about the fantastic work members are doing and shared my knowledge on Parkinson’s and Bone Health. #memberled

2 great developments incoming from @ActivePlymouth 1⃣ A collaboration with @Good_Boost and @ParkinsonsUK to provide more safe exercise options for People with Parkinson's 2⃣ A partnership with @UHP_Physio to provide community based rehab for people with OA Hips and Knees 🙌

An early but bright start as I leave Plymouth and head off to London to join my fellow @thecsp Council members for 2 days of strategic planning to help ensure Physiotherapy remains a vital cornerstone of all areas and sectors of public health #CSPCouncil #physiotherapy
