@swiftruncoach I turn 40 next year so have in mind to run 1040 miles in the year. Also a marathon in Manchester, 12 years after my last! The dream goal would be to run a pb of some sort but by far my softest one is the marathon so there may have to be an autumn one too.

This should make everyone take to their local motorway in solidarity with climate protesters. The inconvenience they’re causing is nothing in comparison to the bleak future we face. And this is happening in other nations already. All man made. All our fault
