@plotpartyai I spent $50 on your product today only to discover Seedance 2 is only available in the sandbox. I generated a video with the automatic model selection and it was terrible. Yet it ate half of my credits. Can I please have a refund? I paid for Seedance 2

@JayFeezy We try to give a free generation to every account so the queues for the generation is quite long. Our paying members have much shorter wait times, or you can also try during off hours too!

@plotpartyai Furthermore @plotpartyai, I've created 5 accounts to "try" seedance 2.0, 1 went through (which was pretty good), the other 4, 2 have been stuck generating for 4-5 days, and the other 2 have been stuck for 2 days. So not a great experience personally.
