Not such a Happy Xmas for everyone. I would like thank the St James and St Peter’s Hospice for looking after my Lady Sarah. Sarah passed away this morning after putting up a fantastic fight with cancer. I will Miss you & love you as always. )*O RIP my Lady Sarah xxxx
