@TweenService I still get very confused on how these things are structured. It feels like the UI is made up of separate frames, yet everything is attached. Do ya'll just duplicate the frame and reposition it right before you re-parent it or something?

@discord @TIME I've used this for a few weeks now I am still curious why is it only on desktop? half the fun from desktop is stripped away from mobile and then you have a all-around search mechanic on mobile, while on desktop it only indexes one chat room. Why not just make it all the same?!

Use @time on desktop → everyone sees the timestamp in their own timezone No more "wait, 8 o'clock YOUR time or MINE?"

@wydyama They are a fun toy, but it can get very hard to use for some people at certain points. Uphill start is the most notable one.

Most Roblox devs test their game too differently from real players. They know where to go. They know what every button does. New players don’t have the same luxury. If you’re not watching real players play, you’re going to make mistakes.

@programmer_lua @YouTube They are minimal of a upgrade. But like, a max a 4k thumbnail can have is 10 mb. So we'll a bit unnecessary. What the hell did you mean by "waste of storage", 10 mb is like nothing, and wouldn't even be close to filling the storage at all. Do you have a 1gb HDD or something?

@realsp00kface I just be slapping 4 decals on there and calling it a day lol This uses a point light and 3 parts with 4 decals, each with this image on it

IF YOU'RE CURIOUS ON HOW TO MAKE THESE HERES THE METHOD make a cylinder, apply a half transparent gradient texture and set the blend mode to alpha blend once you import it into roblox you have to set the part transparency any transparency other than one and you're done
