Here are some words from our CEO, founder and girlboss @NotTonje;
”Three years ago, I started No Ordinary Talent Management with a very simple belief: creators deserve to be managed, not just sold.
Not just help with sponsorships, but support in building real CAREERS.
Over the last three years, we’ve grown, learned, and adapted alongside the industry. And if there’s one thing this space teaches you quickly, it’s that standing still isn’t an option. You have to evolve. That’s exactly what we’ve done.
During 2025, we launched MAYBE Management, a non-exclusive roster for creators who want support, guidance, and representation when they need it, without committing to full-time management. The roster includes creators from micro to mega - all sizes are welcome 🫶🏻
We also launched NOTES, our editorial service, after seeing how many creators struggled with disappearing freelancers or unreliable editing support. Creators at a certain level need reliable production help, so we built a system with genuinely skilled editors who can step in when it matters and help build consistency in posting and editing.
Along the way, we also realized something else: the influencer marketing space needed people who actually understand how content works on these platforms. As current and former creators ourselves, we know what works online. When we build campaigns, they’re designed for the platforms they live on. From that came NOT Influenced, our own influencer marketing service!
None of this would have been possible without the people who trusted us 🥹💛
