Is this your FISP cycle? If your building is six stories or taller and received its initial Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) on or before February 21, 2022, you may now be required to have a FISP report filed for the first time during Cycle 10. bit.ly/first-fisp

Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) sub-cycle 10A is underway. Buildings with block numbers ending in 4, 5, 6, or 9 must have an inspection performed and a report filed between 2/21/25 and 2/21/27. Fines for non-compliance can reach $17K/year. More: randpc.com/fisp
