@tmclaughbos The only one I had while I was there was Taqueria El Farolito on Mission and 24th. As an Anna's enjoyer and someone who lived in AZ for 13 years it was very good, but nothing I would tell someone they HAD to go to Mission for.

In SF and had my first Mission burrito… Makes me appreciate Anna’s in Boston because it’s the same thing.

@Michael64428624 @SumitM_X That doesn’t really solve the tech problem, there would still be an oversell limit. Let’s say your hotel has 100 and you can oversell by 5, that’s not really any different than designing for a hotel with 105 rooms and no oversell allowed.

@SumitM_X Hotels, flights, rental cars usually allow overbookings. In the tourism industry, getting a few more bookings is not a problem at all. It is rather the norm.

In a microservices architecture for a travel booking platform (e.g., flights, hotels, rentals), during peak holiday seasons, the system experiences high user traffic. Occasionally, users book the last available spot for a service (e.g., a hotel room or a rental car) at almost the same time, causing double bookings and user dissatisfaction. How would you design a solution to prevent double bookings in a high-traffic, distributed microservices environment while maintaining low latency and high availability?

@alohasolace @CrazySadAzn Unless you live in an RSN market in which case this doesn’t work. Basic cable & ESPN+ would mean basically never getting Bruins games in Boston since our RSN is an expensive add on offered by only a couple of TV providers.

@CrazySadAzn I pay $19 a month for Disney Hulu ESPN+ and I get virtually every single game. TNT with my basic cable gives me the rest. Not sure why this is so difficult for people?

nhl: hockey is for everyone… as long as you can afford the several streaming services required to view all 82 games played by 1 team plus a vpn if you’re not in the right region. oh you wanna watch games not played by your team too? lmao good luck with that.
