@rdnelson3 @huffstersports SCHSL can't fix transfers/recruiting/transparency despite years of complaints. They deny waivers routinely, drag appeals, and rejected their own rule fixes. State agency = FOIA access Singleton forced to retire under pressure. That's your 'efficient' private model

@huffstersports Serious question: If the SCHSL can't fix transfers, recruiting drama, or basic transparency….why keep it? H.4163 would replace it with a state-run association under real accountability. Entire different entity at government level Public schools deserve better.

I’ve now heard from multiple people I trust that the SCHSL is probably looking at making 1A much larger. 60 or more teams. So, what is the benefit of that and if you are a 1A coach/AD, do you hate the idea as much as I do?
