@VoortAnnem42489 @AmmousMD I am. It’s helping tremendously. Pain triggers are noticeably minimized. Hard to come up with true pasture-fed providers though. Bone broth and beef tallow are so underrated.

@recklesspill @AmmousMD I am so sorry. Lion's mane and psilocybin can be very healing for the brain and so is high dose fish oil, I hope you continue trying to recover.

People need to be afraid of SSRI'S. They need to know the dangers of taking them for longer than the 6-12 week research studies. They aren't harmless little pills that "fix" depression. They cause adverse effects, nervous system/physical dependence, meaning without the drugs the entire cns can't regulate normal bodily functions.
Do your own research. Don't blindly trust Doctors.

Psychiatry is not a biomedical but a psychosocial discipline. But psychiatrists are expected to prescribe drugs liberally and long term. We need a new paradigm for diagnosing and treating people with mental health issues and for testing psychiatric drugs. bit.ly/4vmA8AL.

The fact that the very intervention (SSRIs) meant to support my mental health has now become the primary obstacle to me living fully is a profound betrayal. The lack of effort, research urgency, or even acknowledgment of PSSD consistently adds insult to this injury.

The farther you are from devices, the less EMF exposure you receive.
-Keep phones off your body.
-Use speakerphone.
-Don't put laptops on your lap.
-No devices in the bedroom.

@DrSuneelDhand @benzosarebad Su1c1de rate would also drop to a minimum, becoming again something that rarely happens. Less mind altering drugs, less withdrawal gaslighting, less lives destroyed. Psychiatry IS the mental disease crisis.

I’m a doctor and I’m convinced there’s a coherent argument that if the entire specialty of Psychiatry DISAPPEARED in the United States, the country would actually have better mental health
