So I did a thing... After losing my dearest soul dog to cancer a few weeks ago, I adopted a shelter dog. I was worried maybe it was too soon. I could never replace my baby Sy Girl. But I had all this dog love to give and no dog. Meet Faye. She's a year old and was rescued from a homeless camp, tied to a tree when she was just a young pup. She spent 4 months in jail - as part of a training program. She is calm and sweet. She reminds me of Sy in so many ways - though she's only half her size. Everyone, meet Miss Faye! Today is her gotcha day and a new start in life.

This woman and her husband lived next to a local farmer. He passed away and his feral cats were suddenly left with nowhere to go. One day, a single cat showed up at their house, then two, then six, and at one point they had twelve! They were overwhelmed, a little frightened, but they were more heartbroken watching those sweet babies trying to survive the elements. They had all twelve of them fixed and taken to the vet for a thorough checkup. At first they made makeshift shelters for them. One day, she asked her husband if he could build a permanent fixture for them. To her surprise he said yes and they call it the “Catsle.” Though they are feral cats, the cats have become trusting of them and now they are part of the family. Look at that Cat Catsle! Beautiful! While some abuse animals and have no conscience, it’s people like this that give us hope. ❤️ Have you ever taken in some cats, dogs or maybe another animal from a neighbor or family member who passed away or maybe just couldn’t handle them? Anyone have a special space for their pet(s) like this?

UPDATE: It looks like Paige Ostroushko has deactivated her Instagram account and is trying to scrub everything about herself off of the internet after her actions yesterday. She and her father's entire social media accounts were called "MN ANGRY FATHER" and "MN ANGRY DAUGHTER". The father, Chris Ostroushko, has blocked me on Instagram and it seems they are trying to do damage control after the entire family's violent actions yesterday.

UPDATE: Found out that the 3 people that attacked me today are a family that states they're Ukrainian-Iranian. After the daughter assaulted me, the mom came up and attacked me stating "you f*cking hit my daughter?" The man who violently pushed me to the ground then screamed "don't touch my f*cking daughter". Prior to their assault, all three had come up to me and were calling me a "b*tch", screaming in my face, putting dildos in my face, blowing whistles in my ears and then assaulted me as I was trying to leave.
