I’ve been a biker for 54 years and tried all tyres and to be honest, until they’re worn and white line never noticed the difference between makes. Yep no one should get anywhere near the limit in normal road driving.

@AutoPap Such an interesting topic Tyres. Most people get know where near to finding the limit with them. others stick to a brand they have had before through fear. and some people only look at the price. it’s such a strange purchase.

If you buy a Porsche sports car and they come with anything other than Michelin tyres - IMO negotiate a set of them off the asking price. Or reject the car. So annoyed I’ve wasted a year on the wrong bloody tyres.

The slow speed at which those Marshalls reacted in getting to the damaged vehicles? Totally agree that the marshalling in the UK is basically without equal, I know many folk that do it.

@robertlye @c33r0k @autosport @IntercontGTC The drivers come with eyes & cars have brakes & can come with radios. Hopefully the driver gets racing bans for dangerous driving & gets an eyetest.. Marshalls are trained & doing it for love of the sport.
