the fact that he even muttered that out loud should be terrifying to everyone around him. as someone who's been in the same position, admitting it out loud equates to asking for help. admitting it means that the ideation is becoming an actual plan.

one of the scariest parts of dealing with SI is the fear of being caught. it's incredibly heavy to plan out an attempt. you're constantly caught between begging someone to hear/see you and never saying anything to anyone. this was portrayed fucking perfectly, right here.
