Trump: Israel has the right to defend itself against threats, but the attack it responded to was very small and insignificant. In other words: as long as it’s not a massacre, sit quietly and absorb the fire.

An Iranian military official said the Israeli strikes in Beirut will not go unanswered. After similar strikes last week Iran launched 30 ballistic missiles at Israel. This comes as the region waits to see if a deal will be finalized between the Untied States and Iran.
