@AggieButthead I disagree. That bug was bad enough to get dumped for the NFL on CBS after 1 year and they consistently use the wrong colors on it, like here

@scorebugwatch CBS’s regular season scorebug is undefeated. They should just use it for the Tournament too, imo.

@sanosreptla As a UVA fan I do have fond memories with that bug. I don’t think they should go back but its definitely an emblem of that era of college hoops

@ChrisVannini Took till Super Bowl Sunday until I saw a tweet like this. The NFL has done a great job revitalizing the logos. Also: that was in fact not the Super Bowl LIX logo

I miss the old days of fun Super Bowl logos. The NFL recently made things a bit better after a brutal decade.

Counting down the days until #SuperBowlLX by ranking every NFL scorebug. 1-NBC! They took an already great bug and made it better. Logos, names, time, possession, score, and record all visible but not crammed. 9.8/10 and gets the nod over CBS by its more finished appearance

@scorebugwatch I bet ESPN gets a new bug for the game next year, it’ll be year 4 for this bug next year which is usually the shelf life
