@pandoks_ @bluewmist Exactly this. Been yo-yoing for years, but have been slowly and steadily losing 0.5lbs a week max, and it works so much better.lost over 100lbs in total Weight loss shouldn't be quick, you need time for your body and mind to adjust otherwise it just piles back on

@bluewmist the slower you lose it the easier it is to keep it off. i’d rather lose 0.1lbs a week if i can keep it off forever than yoyo my weight also ur stomach shrinks slowly so ur appetite naturally decreases as u lose weight making it a lot easier mentally

In response to Louis Walsh’s recent interview discussing the alleged three-part X Factor documentary with @skytv , I feel it’s important to correct a narrative that simply does not reflect the reality many of us experienced. The suggestion that the judges or production team “didn’t know the acts” or had no idea who would ultimately appear on the show is extremely difficult to reconcile with what actually happened behind the scenes. In my own case, my existing record deal was purchased before the live shows after a ‘certain someone’ insisted that I be on the programme. From that point onward, I found myself contractually locked into a situation that made it virtually impossible to step away, despite my attempts. This wasn’t a harmless television storyline. These decisions carried very real consequences for the lives and careers of the people involved, many of whom were young artists navigating an industry they trusted was operating in good faith. What is also striking is that, as far as I’m aware, contestants from our series have not been approached to provide their perspective for this documentary. If the intention is genuinely to explore both the highs and the lows of the show, then the voices of those who lived through it should surely form part of that story. That is not only fair, it is basic journalistic practice. Louis has always been loyal to Simon Cowell, and that loyalty is well known. But loyalty should not come at the expense of acknowledging how the system actually worked. For many viewers it was entertainment. For those of us inside it, it was our lives.
