@homesickkalienn check, and then check only once (/nf /advice) but in the long term i think it is unfortunately better to resist and be distressed, unless it’s causing so much distress that you can’t function 😔

@homesickkalienn ALSO I LIED THERES MORE if u have the resources to get one, a heating pad is great. i have a little plug in one and then some of those microwavable stuffed animal things and i rest my wrists on that. its great. AND NERVE GLIDES!!!! cannot say it enough. nerve glides r ur friend
