I think the difference is the expectations of the younger people. Older generations didn’t expect to have everything they wanted at 30. My dad had to start over at 37. After mom got the house. He did it twice, the second one he built himself. My son has a friend 26 who bought a piece of land and is living in a camper while he builds an off grid cabin. It CAN be done. But it WONT be accomplished by complaining on social media.

I don’t care if you are 30 and own a home. I want it to be the NORM for gen z to own their home at 30 like it was prior generations.
