@sim_brick @MedEdStuffnN Create optimal conditions for learning and reduce extraneous cog load with an ‘in-game’ coach in the sim room, on their team and coaching in-the-moment. Pausing the sim disrupts flow and causes fluctuating stress and cog load, and misses the teaching moment
