One of the most valuable things I’ve done in the last five years: An executive health retreat. I learned a few things: - I have the Alzheimer gene. Got on supplements to help. - I don’t have cancer. I got every organ imaged and did bloodwork. - I had an extreme vit D deficiency. Despite being in the sun all the time. Feel way better now. - I had a gut bacterial parasite that was messing up a ton of stuff. Feel way better now. - My hormones needed a little work. I feel more energized and sleep better now. Not taking testosterone because I want more kids but we did some other work. - much much more. Quarterly bloodwork, stem cells, etc. Overall - it has been a massive quality of life increase and I highly recommend it to any high earner who can afford it.

Don't AI outsource the 10% of things you enjoy. Because there's 90% of other things you can.

What's better than chasing new shiny objects? Repeat what's already working. Look at your past wins: – outreach that got replies – posts that got engagement – offers that converted Those are your signals. Rinse and repeat.

The work that moves the needle is rarely comfortable. Polishing websites and optimizing workflows might feel productive but changes nothing. The real leverage involves a human touchpoint such as making calls and having real conversations. There's no growth without discomfort.

If you are not showing up in AI search, your competitor will be. Nobody asks ChatGPT "roofers near me". They describe a problem: "How do I stop a roof leak after heavy rain?" "What should I look for before replacing a roof?" "Is it worth repairing gutters or just replacing them?" Businesses that answer real questions get found first. Stop selling the service. Start solving the problem.

Stop leaving your Google reviews to chance. Tell customers what to highlight before they write it. Not a script, just guidance highlighting your expertise. Over time your reviews start repeating the same signals. That's how reputation is built.
