We have tried NINE TIMES to pass a clean bill to pay TSA workers. Nine times, Republicans blocked it. The airport chaos you’re seeing this spring break is a choice. Republicans are making it.

I went to the Senate floor and forced a vote on TSA funding. Every single Republican voted no.

One party owns this shutdown. Democrats keep trying to fund TSA, FEMA, Coast Guard, and cyber security. Republicans have blocked every single vote.

@TheDemocrats This needs to be broadly communicated by the press in all news shows @ABC @NBCNews @CBSNews . All they are talking about is the long lines and blaming "Congress" in general. They need to inform it is Republicans blocking the bills, simply because that is the truth.

Republicans control all 3 branches of government. Democrats introduced 7 bills to fund TSA. Each one was blocked by Republicans.
