The thanatization of society is manifested in its militarization, the cult of force and weapons, the multiplication of all kinds of prohibitions, the growth of censorship, ... in the hatred of freedom and the desire to equalize and stabilize everything.

The building materials can be steel, masonry and brick, but the building can still be temporary if it was 'intended to be temporary'. It was all politics - there was a contract obliged to demolish all the buildings in the vicinity no matter what happened, and so it was done.

We live in the ruins of a once superior civilization.

Brazil. At the top left is the beautiful Pavilhão dos Estados (Pavilion of the States) - 1922 - demolished in 1978. Look at the buildings in the background, they are so beautiful and were temporary, can you believe it? Look at the workers of the time.

Cologne Central Station, Germany, 1895. They put this up without any hassle 1889–1894 to replace the previous, ofcourse. WW2 took away this beauty as it was seen here. One of the finest buildings I've ever seen from the Old World.

Spain, Murcia, the Cathedral, 1870. Our past is not what we are being told. Things are rewritten and hidden.

Carved figures stand locked beneath a collapsing roof, condemned to hold a structure long after its builders vanished. Dust-filled halls echo with forgotten purpose; the stone burdened by a secret too old to name. This isn't just ruin. It's a remnant of history erased.

Once you go down the Tartaria rabbit hole, history never looks the same again..

Chamber of Commerce Building or Grain Exchange, or the Mackie Building, Milwaukee, US. Built roughly from 1878 to 1880. Image ca 1890. It was all so easy back then...

Southwestern Bell Telephone Building, St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Built in 1 year, 1925 to 1926. It was quickly built to facilitate the telephone boom in the 20's. Why yes!! Ofcourse it was!
