Using a polar bear themed read-a-loud for inspiration, Kindergarten engineers @stdvces built and coded snowmobiles to visit Parker the polar bear in the Arctic 🐻‍❄️❄️! Thank you to the St David’s 3D printing club and Mr. Sheehan for making the miniature polar bears! #STEM @HWCDSB

Today, we wore our orange shirts and participated in the Run for Wenjack to honour survivors of residential schools & to remember those who never made it home 🧡🪽Every step we took was a step toward reconciliation, because every child matters!

Today, we gathered as a school community to celebrate our first Mass of the school year. Thank you to the grade 8 teachers and students for leading us in prayer. It was a beautiful way to come together in faith, reflect on our blessings, and set a positive tone for the months🙏🏻
