Sorry, this just doesn’t happen to the world’s best ball carriers. Etzebeth’s production in 2024 doesn’t meet the hype. Averaging just over 1 metre per carry most tests. Always good to concede a penalty or two. Not even the top lineout option anymore. Has been glazed into a WPOTY nomination because he charges down some halfbacks and throws blokes on the ground after the whistle. Most overhyped lock in the game.
