Our Y10 Performing Arts students went to see Mamma Mia the musical at the Palace Theatre this week. 🎭️ They loved seeing dance, music, drama and technical skills bringing a production to life and this experience will support in completing their studies. #TheCMAWay

@mrsangovePE 3 strikes = detention for not having kit.. we acknowledge the bringing in something than nothing and offer a swap but if refusal then in line with behaviour policy they go to “reset” if persistent also! Phone calls home usually really help ☺️

PE teachers… please tell me what you do with students who bring the totally wrong kit to lessons. I.e we wear black. Students are turning up in multicoloured Monterrain/bright blue tracksuits etc… How do you deal with it? TIA 🙏🏼

What a week! 3 shows & sports day.. the 2 pinnacle events of my job, a crazy time but worth every second ☀️🎭🏅🏃🏼‍♀️❤️

This is my “why” ❤️ It’s easy to forget why we do this job and often wonder if you are achieving what you want to with our young people.. so when my Y11’s gave me these cards you can be sure I shed a few tears. I’m so proud of them. This has definitely re-filled my cup✨

My brother in law is a HT, he told me a tradition of his school is Y6 get to vote for their leavers hoodie colour. The girls realised there was 1 more girl than boy & staged a secret coup on ‘project pink’. It worked and they ended up all wearing vibrant fuschia 😂🩷 Amazing 👏🏼
