I won’t. I can’t. I’m a fighter. It’s in my DNA, but right now I just feel like quitting and I was wondering if anyone else felt that way. And my take away from this experience is that there are amazing people on this platform - caring, kind, convinced and undaunted. I admire every single one of you and I’m grateful for all of you and my world is a lot less dark knowing that there are people who won’t give up and will fight for this country and our future.

I’m so sad. I feel like quitting X. What’s the point? We post, but have no power and I am watching in awe as the President I believed to be the greatest of all time acts against the interests the Americans and Jewish people? Am I missing something? I don’t want to give up hope or not have faith in Trump so someone help me understand. Meanwhile, terrorist animals like Mamdani and Sarsour are destroying NYC and Islamic terrorists are running for office and those negotiating with Iran have been getting money from Qatar and it’s all too much. And all I do is worry about future generations of Americans. But, maybe only the aristocracy gets to live in a world where Muslims don’t rape young women and throw acid in their face and declare they want to kill Jews. So, today, I feel like quitting. Anyone else feel that way?

I live in Canada. Things are pretty rough for Jews here. And we have a completely inattentive government. I have been eyeing a move to the USA as I have always been a great fan of the country and its values. After today’s events-not so much the thin MOU as leaked, as Trump’s scandalous rebuke of Netanyahu, playing right into the hands of the alt right-I am no longer in a rush.

@Lisa86550169 Post script - I don’t regret a thing and I will always stand up against hatred and ignorance…I just liked it better when I was I thought the leader of the free world felt the same way.

I had a horrible thing happen to me because I was Jewish. I lost everything to the DEI, LBGTQ and Free Palestine lobby that has overtaken our government and schools and empowered a lot of very stupid and dangerous people to do very stupid and dangerous things. I was assaulted and attacked for months because I was Jewish and it was permissible. I saw Trump as the antithesis of that ignorance and hatred masking as virtue. I felt that maybe my fight wasn’t in vain and the hatred fermenting in our schools and government was worth standing up to because it could be defeated. Now, he appears to be allied with the Qatari’s who funded it. And, unless this is the greatest disinformation campaign that ever was, I was wrong. And that’s a hard truth to face.

Nobody outside the White House has seen the actual text of this MOU. Not senators, not cabinet members, not me. So I won't pretend to know what's in it. What I do know: Trump has done more for Israel than any president in history. That is a fact. And based on everything I have heard from Washington, Iran will not receive a single dollar until they prove they are serious about the terms of the negotiation. Is this MOU good for Israel? We will find out on Friday. If it turns out to contain what the Iranians are claiming - I will say clearly that it is not good for Israel. But I am willing to give President Trump the benefit of the doubt - based on his extraordinary track record - until proven otherwise. One thing I will say clearly: Qatar's role in all of this deeply concerns me. Kushner and Witkoff have very warm ties with Qatar - and Qatar funds antisemitism in American universities and high schools, and actively works against Israel. There is no place for praising Qatar.
