@wittysiddharth @con5dential The thing I’ve realised whilst using magnesium is if you use it everyday the efficacy isn’t the same. Or atleast that’s what’s happened with me. Did you find something similar?
English

@con5dential I have started with chelated magnesium biglycinate. Have got a bit benefit!

One of the best things in my life used to be my sleep.
Deep, uninterrupted, and I’d wake up fully refreshed.
But in the last 1–2 years, it’s completely changed.
Broken sleep.
Waking up in the middle of the night.
Less duration. Poor quality.
Sleep specialists — what’s usually the reason?
Stress? Screen time? Lifestyle?
And more importantly…
how do you reverse this?

You haven’t come and lived in Bandra then 😏
You’ll get 1.5 pieces and a sob story of how someone’s grand mother’s autistic brother’s friend’s married sister’s daughter got hike automation as a result of you eating that 1.5 mushroom 😈
Sumukh Rao@RaoSumukh
New-age cafes in BLR are such a scam in the name of "healthy" and "organic" and "good-for-you" food. Just paid ₹310 for 4 pieces of mushroom drenched in a swimming pool of oil at the much-hyped Fresh Factory in Indiranagar.

This is Abu Dhabi. Those who can’t leave hotels are now being given free stay. Those stranded at airports well looked after. In India, hotel and flight prices would have doubled. #ABUDHABI

I earned well over 20L reward points across all my cards last year. Here are some low effort credit card habits with high return on quality of life improvements.
1. Pick a Default Card: One catch-all card for everything that doesn't need optimization. Simple.
2. Set a Minimum Optimization Threshold: Anything below this goes to your default card. No mental gymnastics. Mine is 5K per transaction (or 50K annual spend for recurring bills). The points on smaller spends barely move the needle anyway.
3. Auto-Pay Your Utility Bills: Use your bank's bill pay portal for electricity, phone, internet, etc. Yes, I know about APay vouchers and all that. But the convenience of zero due dates, zero late fees is worth way more than a few hundred points.
4. Auto-Pay Your Credit Card Bills: Those 250-500 INR cashbacks from juggling 4 debit cards across 3 apps? Not worth it. Miss one payment and the late fees plus CIBIL hit will hurt more. Exception: cards like the Ex-Citi Axis Burgundy or Burgundy Private Debit where you can rack up serious points on high credit card bills. Otherwise, just auto-pay.
5. Pareto Principle: Remember, 80% of your major points earnings comes from 20% of the big spends. Optimize these, forget the rest. Thank me later.

#GOLD #SILVER
I met a wise man yesterday, and he dropped this gem on me:
“12 years ago, 10 grams of gold fetched just ₹28,000. Today it fetches ₹1,50,000. See how gold has lost value against the rupee!”
I paused, let the profundity sink in, and nodded in quiet reverence.
While ordinary economists waste time talking about rupee depreciation, inflation, and purchasing power, this man has cracked the code.
Gold - that ancient, stubborn metal - has finally started depreciating. The rupee has grown so majestically powerful that even gold now needs more of it to maintain its dignity.
What a time to be alive.

Who is the cheapest broker of them all? Not including Interactive Brokers since that remittance cost depends on your bank and can go as low as 0.2% with IOB. Other platforms have tie-ups with banks & hence included.
