Mark will become a company with one of the strongest design language, think of teenage engineering, Airbnb, Stripe. Mark is going to replace bookmarks, and we’ll do it elegantly. Mark my words

If kids have mostly stopped reading now, you can gain an advantage over your peers by being one of the few who reads a lot.

This product could be cool but they're marketing it wrong. Here's why: - positioning it as an AI "bookmark" likens it to a very expensive paper weight - readers who read physical books are a completely different type of reader—they prefer analog, are less likely to buy tech, and even less likely to buy something that's AI, so who is it for? - the demo who would buy an AI bookmark and read a physical book is very small, they also are anti-Sapiens Here's what I would do: sell it as a book summarizer and notetaker - most people don't want to remember *everything* they just want the highlights - non-fiction books are known for being unnecessarily long, use this product to get the gist of the book - people want a better way of keeping track of their own highlights and notes, here's how our product does it
